How did you subscribe?

Directly through the mhzchoice.com website? To update your credit card:

1) Log in to your mhzchoice.com account through a web browser

2) In the upper right corner select the ACCOUNT then select ACCOUNT SETTINGS 

3) Select BILLING & SUBSCRIPTION

4) Select PAYMENT METHOD

5) Enter the new credit card information and click SAVE.
