- no sound
- repeatedly asked to sign in to website
- offline videos disappear
- other odd app behavior
Try these basic troubleshooting tips as a first step and see if your iOS experience improves:
1) Restart your iOS device.
2) Make sure you have the latest version of the MHz Choice iOS app installed.
3) Make sure you have the latest iOS installed.
4) Sign out of the iOS app and sign back in
5) Delete and reinstall the MHz Choice iOS app from your Apple device.
6) Restart your internet WiFi modem.
7) If you're using an Apple TV and AirPlay, restart your Apple TV
