If you see that you have been charged twice for an MHz Choice subscription, you may have multiple mhzchoice.com subscriptions or you may have also subscribed through one of our third party partners (Amazon Prime, Comcast Xfinity, Roku Premium Subscription).
Please contact our support team here and provide as much of the following as possible:
1) Any alternate email addresses you may have used to subscribe to MHz Choice
2) The exact amount of the transaction(s)
3) The exact date of the transaction(s)
4) the last four digits of the credit card charged (DO NOT send your full card number)
5) The billing zip code of the credit card
6) The transaction description(s) on your statement
If possible, please provide a screen shot of your bank statement with the transaction in question.
