- Log in to your mhzchoice.com account through a web browser
- In the upper right corner select the ACCOUNT then select ACCOUNT SETTINGS
- Select BILLING & SUBSCRIPTION
- Click on PROMOTIONS or GIFT
- In the PROMOTIONS text area, enter your promo code and click APPLY
