Our video playback system uses "adaptive streaming" which means our system will deliver the best quality video depending on your specific internet connection speed. In other words, the faster your internet connection speed, the higher the quality of the video that will be delivered to you.

In general, for smooth video playback, we recommend a download speed of at least 10 Mbps (megabits per second). If your connection speed is 5 Mbps or less, you may encounter some buffering. Additionally, the number of devices connected to your Wi-fi network or router will have an effect on your overall connection speed.
