Some Roku users have reported a "Code 5 Error" when attempting to use the MHz Choice Roku app. This is a known issue with the Roku hardware, not the MHz Choice Roku app.


  1. Please try unplugging your Roku device so there is no power going to the device.
  2. Next, plug it back in to reset the device and attempt to watch MHz Choice.
  3. If that does not resolve the issue, please try removing and reinstalling the MHz Choice Roku app.
