If you are experiencing problems with the MHz Choice Vizio TV App, please perform the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:


1) Unplug and restart your Vizio device.

2) Replace the batteries on your Vizio remote control
3) Log out and log back in to the MHz Choice Vizio app

4) Remove, reinstall and reactivate the MHz Choice Vizio App.
