Do you see locks or padlocks on the series images? If so, it most likely means you are not currently signed in to your mhzchoice.com account. 


How can I fix it?

All you need to do is sign back in or reactivate your MHz Choice app. The "activation" process links your device (i.e. - Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, etc.) with your mhzchoice.com account. Click the link below for info. on how to sign in and activate the app you are currently using.
